🕓 From Monday to Thursday, we're happy to assist you between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM (CET). During these hours, we're here to answer your questions, process your orders, and help you create the brightest smiles ✨
📞 On Fridays, we're available by phone only from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM (CET). After that, we close our laptops and ease into the weekend 😎

We are closed on national public holidays so our team can enjoy some well-deserved time off too!
🌞 Summer & Holiday Periods
During the summer holidays, Christmas and the New Year period, we may operate with adjusted opening hours. We always announce these changes in our newsletter (so make sure you're subscribed 📬). We often share updates on our social media channels as well, but this page and our newsletter will always contain the most up-to-date information.
