At X-treme Smile, we believe in fast, reliable service – and you’ll notice the difference!
From Monday to Thursday, all orders placed and paid before 3:00 PM (CET) are processed the same day. In most cases, your parcel will ship that very afternoon, getting your order on its way in no time.
Orders placed after 3:00 PM on Thursdays (sometimes a little later – feel free to give us a call) will be processed the following Monday. That’s when our team gets back to work with fresh energy, making sure your order is ready for dispatch.
How long it takes for your parcel to arrive depends on the destination country. In theory, delivery is often quick, but in practice, local postal services or customs can sometimes cause slight delays.
You can easily track your shipment via your X-treme Smile account. You’ll also receive a separate tracking email from our shipping system – just remember to check your spam folder, as it may end up there.
Whenever possible, we ship with PostNL. For orders above a certain value, we may choose delivery only to the recipient’s address, so the parcel won’t be left with neighbours. Occasionally, we add a signature requirement or shipping insurance, even if you didn’t request it – simply to ensure extra security. You can also select these options yourself. We always recommend choosing insured shipping for peace of mind.

Payment Methods
We offer the most common payment methods. In some cases, payment providers charge a percentage fee on the order total. We pass these costs on to the customer at a 1:1 rate. There are also fixed transaction fees, which we cover ourselves. We do not accept credit card payments due to the extremely high costs involved.

Depending on your location or specific circumstances, we may also ship via DPD, DHL, or another courier service – because what matters most is that your order arrives safely and quickly!
